However, in order to purchase a license or an individual ringtone you will be required to provide us certain personal information. DJ ToneXpress does not store any critical credit card information (credit or debit card numbers, SSV codes, expiration dates or street address) on its servers.

If you make a purchase on its site, DJ ToneXpress uses SSL encryption to protect your information when processing an order with the credit/debt card processing company. We may store your zip code for statistical purposes.

We will retain you email address for communication of registration code after a purchase and for use of other communication exclusively for and by DJ ToneXpress. We never sell or provide your email address to any third parties. We do not support, like or want to promote spam. We will take all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect this information. We also ask you to keep your license registration code confidential and refrain from sharing it with others.

From time to time, we may send you an email to inform you of an update of the application, improvements, version upgrades, etc. Any communication from us is exclusively about our product and we offer you the choice to "opt out" and not receive future communications from us. We never make our clients' email address available to outside organizations.
